- The inner wall surfaces of the containers are covered with stainless steel.
- It is diesel fueled.
- Conventional oven, oven trolley, cooking pot, fryer, meat grinder, mixer, vegetable chopper, potato peeler, blade sterilization device, work bench, hood, sink, garbage truck, chopping table and hand tools (knife, colander, ladle etc.), dishwasher, refrigerator are available.
- There is a diesel generator in the container with a capacity to enable the system to operate when there is no electricity.
