Mobile Field Oven Unit
General:
- The oven has the capacity to bake 6240 pieces of bread (150 gr) in 8 hours.
- The oven unit consists of three containers: preparation, cooking and resting containers.
- The inner wall surfaces of the containers are covered with stainless steel.
- There is a diesel generator in the furnace unit with a capacity to enable the system to operate when there is no electricity.
- There is one main and one spare clean water tank with a minimum capacity of 2000 lt that can be transported with the container.

Preparation Unit
- There is a cutting and weighing machine, dough kneading machine, convector heater, sink bench, work bench, intermediate resting machine and conical rounding machine in the oven preparation unit.
Cooking Unit
- There is a rotary tray oven in the oven cooking unit and a steam generator inside the fermentation cabinet.
- Portable air conditioner and ventilation fan are available.
Resting Unit
- The technical room part of the oven unit is located in the resting unit. There is a ventilation fan, diesel generator and bread baskets in the resting unit.
